1-on-1.

If you’re finally ready to take a deeper look at what’s stopping you from leading a healthy eating lifestyle and then take the steps necessary to overcome those obstacles. For most people, it’s not about following a set meal plan, it’s about changing your relationship with food. Let’s journey. I’ll work with you to create a plan with actionable steps to lead you to where you want to be.

If you’re ready to finally take charge, change habits and create a new lifestyle and relationship with food, coaching it’s for you.

Diet Deconstructed nutrition coaching is built on unlearning some habits while establishing new ones. It’s designed to help you figure out the path you need to be on and one you can navigate consistently, for a lifetime.

We’ll:

  • Discuss where you’re at, what you’ve done in past, where you want to be

  • Establish goals that will drive the coaching relationship

  • Provide you with the tools you need to stay on track with the process

Details:

  • 1-on-1 is a 12-week coaching package.

  • Includes a customized meal plan.

  • All coaching sessions are held virtually and last 50-60 minutes. The first session can be in-person if you’re located in Louisville, KY.

  • Initial assessments on nutrition, lifestyle, and goals drive how we chart your path through coaching.

  • In Body scan included (Louisville, KY), every four weeks.

  • You’ll have homework that’s designed to help you solidify new habits between sessions.

  • Cost - $1,200 if twelve sessions are paid in full OR $115/session if paid weekly for twelve weeks (AutoPay).

Small Group.

With small group nutrition coaching you get to join of community of individuals striving to create new habits and achieve food and nutrition related goals, just like you. There are two levels of group coaching — Strive, which is required before graduating to Achieve. Groups are limited to just eight individuals, and we only run two groups at a time. Each group program runs 8 weeks.

 

Strive

  • Week 1 - Intake, foundational principles and goal setting

  • Week 2- Analyze your pantry

  • Week 3 - Grocery list and meal planning

  • Week 4 - Habit check, analysis and building

  • Week 5 - Nutrition review, label reading

  • Week 6 - Adding mindfulness into your journey

  • Week 7 - Managing new habits as a lifestyle

  • Week 8 - Habit check, goal review and closing guidance

    **The next Strive group starts December 1, 2025. New sessions thereafter begin on a continuous basis on the first Monday of each month.

  • Cost: $400 ($200 to register; $200 at week 5 - autopay)

Achieve

This is an 8-week where we build on the principles and habits established in the Strive coaching program. It’s recommended that you continue with what you learned in Strive for 6-12 weeks before challenging yourself and continuing your journey with Achieve.

This program will help you grow and become more deeply rooted in everything you’ve worked on.

While there is a set curriculum that we follow, there is more fluidity at this level and topics may be adjusted to better suit the group.
